This prestigious building which covers the area of 4938 m2 is being constructed in the most representative stretch of the promenade in the town of Mielno. Hotel Baltiva is going to participate in a standardising process to achieve 4 stars. The building itself is located in an ideal place – on a dune at the beach, with the view of the Baltic Sea and the reception leading directly to Promenada Przyjaźni (Eng. The Promenade of Friendship). The hotel is going to feature 65 places to accommodate visitors, including double rooms and apartments with two or three rooms. The guests will have a number of facilities to choose from, including a leisure area featuring a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a children’s game room, SPA with rooms for treatment and a fitness hall. The building will also include a gastronomy and a conference hall. The underground garage will have room for 40 cars, and the car park in the area of the hotel will have over 26 additional parking spaces. The roof of the hotel will be transformed into a terrace with a bar.
The design was created by the architectural office ARCHITEKCI Błaszczyk i Samborski and it was a true honour to cooperate with this company. The idea of this investment was to combine practical space with comfortable surroundings for the guests. We added the building management system BMS to the prepared design of the hotel. In case of such a huge structure, it is incredibly important to ensure that all installations cooperate with each other, exchange information and adjust to the changing conditions.
As a result, the systems in this intelligent building will combine into a single autonomous body. The automatic and integrated functions will work in tandem, save time and money and increase the comfort of users. We are going to equip the building with a system of sensors and detectors. Inside the structure, we designed a system of controlling access along with a hotel system to enable all visitors free movement around the building. The hotel is going to be protected by the highest quality monitoring and alarm systems.
